Before you Rip Open the Packaging, Please Read our Return and Shipping Policy


   Pat's Cycle Works - Return Policy
  Our Customers are VERY important to us.  Your satisfaction keeps us in business.  If we made a mistake and sent the wrong part we will gladly return it as long as it is still in the original package and unused. Otherwise, only damaged or defective will be accepted.  Special ordered parts and helmets cannot be returned. If a part is damaged upon delivery call us immediately and DO NOT TRY TO INSTALL IT. Do not destroy the packaging or write on it.  Defective parts, including electrical, cannot be replaced or refunded until the manufacturer or distributor deems the product defective. They can either replace or rebuild the part. All warranties come from the manufacturer or the distributor and they decide what they will take back.

We do not accept returns on used or installed parts. Damages from shipping are extremely rare but if it happens you must save all packing material in order for us to make a claim. If you have a return that fits the above criteria it must be no more than thirty days from purchase date. Please call us for a return authorization number (RMA). Returns without an RMA will be refused at the loading dock. You must make sure the part sent is packed properly to prevent damage and scratches during shipping.  We will gladly answer your questions by phone or email.

ORDERS ARE PROCESSED MONDAY - FRIDAY. 

WE DO NOT PROCESS ORDERS ON WEEKENDS.

We can ship to virtually any address. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
